gym Children (4-11)

Children will learn the basics of Taekwondo through a fun and structured setting. They will develop and refine their motor skills, increase coordination, flexibility, strength, endurance, self-defense, and confidence. We offer a complimentary trial class to get you started and experience Taekwondo!

gym Teen/Adult (12+)

Looking for a full body work out, increased flexibility and strength? Want to learn how to defend yourself and your loved ones? Our teen and adult class is the perfect place for you! It is high energy, intense yet fun class to learn practical self-defense with traditional Taekwondo in a modern application!

gym Private Sessions

Our one-on-one private sessions are specifically curated and designed to each individual’s need. Private lessons help each individual achieve the greatest amount of success in the least amount of time. With our personalized programming, we can create a routine to build your confidence, strength, stamina, and flexibility all while keeping each other accountable.
